Employee Spotlight: Tim McCotrelle & David "LeeLee" Jones

This week, we're proud to shine the spotlight on two dedicated members of the City of Brownsville Public Works Department—Tim McCotrelle and David "LeeLee" Jones!

Tim has faithfully served the City of Brownsville for 5 years, while David has dedicated 11 years to helping keep our community looking its best. Together, they work tirelessly to maintain the beautiful flowers and landscaping around Court Square—not only during their regular work hours, but often after hours as well. Their commitment, hard work, and pride in our community help make downtown Brownsville a place everyone can enjoy.

When they're not hard at work, Tim enjoys attending church, vacationing, selling shoes, and spending time having fun with family and friends. David enjoys listening to music, fishing, spending time with his grandchildren, attending church, and shopping.

The next time you see Tim and David out watering the beautiful flowers downtown, take a moment to stop, say hello, and thank them for their hard work and dedication. While much of what they do happens behind the scenes, the results of their efforts are on full display every day.
