Grant opportunity for assistance Expanding YOUR Small Business!
As the following press release details - https://www.belmont.edu/stories/articles/2024/tei-at-belmont.html - the U.S. Small Business Administration announced that the Tennessee Export Initiative at Belmont University has received a $100,000 grant to support export growth among small businesses through SBA’s competitive State Trade Expansion Program (STEP). The funding will help companies increase their presence in global markets, in turn creating economic growth and additional jobs for Tennessee residents.
In addition to the SBA, matching support is provided from the Tennessee District Export Council (TDEC). TDEC, a nonprofit organization of international business executives, promotes export opportunities for Tennessee companies and facilitates communication between the business community and the U.S. Commercial Service.
